Bu politika, Yakosoft Entertainment ("Yakosoft", "biz") tarafından geliştirilen Binary Cube mobil oyununda ve yakosoft.com.tr sitesinde kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Kısaca: oyunun bir hesap sistemi yoktur, sizden ad, e-posta veya telefon istemeyiz ve ilerlemeniz cihazınızda kalır. İşlenen veriler, reklam, ölçümleme ve satın alma doğrulaması için kullandığımız üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinden kaynaklanır.

This policy explains how personal data is handled in Binary Cube, the mobile game developed by Yakosoft Entertainment ("Yakosoft", "we"), and on yakosoft.com.tr. In short: the game has no account system, we never ask you for a name, email address or phone number, and your progress stays on your device. The data that is processed comes from the third-party services we use for advertising, analytics and purchase validation.

This policy covers only the applications and the website listed above. Google Play, the Apple App Store and the third-party providers named in this policy operate under their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.

About the website: yakosoft.com.tr is a static site. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and sets no cookies for your visit. Only your language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage, and that value is never sent to us. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address to Google.

Oyun aşağıdakileri yalnızca cihazınızın yerel deposunda tutar. Bu veriler sunucularımıza gönderilmez, bizim tarafımızdan görülemez ve uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir:

• bölüm ilerlemesi, yıldızlar, en iyi hamle sayısı ve en iyi süre;

The game keeps the following in your device's local storage only. It is never sent to our servers, we cannot see it, and it is erased when you uninstall the app:

• level progress, stars, best move count and best time;
• your key balance and the local mirror of the ad-free entitlement;
• sound, music, haptics and language settings;
• which tutorials you have already seen.

The game has no cloud save, no account creation and no social sign-in.

Notifications are optional. The game asks for notification permission only when you agree to it, and every feature works the same way if you decline. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your device's system settings; doing so invalidates the notification token.

The game contains no social media plug-ins, no chat and no user-generated content features, and it never requests location permission.

• Showing advertising. Legitimate interest for non-personalised ads; your explicit consent for personalised ads (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 6.

Binary Cube reklam destekli bir oyundur. Banner, geçiş reklamı ve isteğe bağlı olarak izlediğiniz ödüllü videolar gösterilir.

• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre: ilk açılışta Google'ın UMP (User Messaging Platform) izin ekranı gösterilir. Seçiminizi daha sonra oyun içindeki gizlilik seçeneklerinden değiştirebilirsiniz.
• iOS: Apple'ın İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) ekranı gösterilir. İzin vermezseniz IDFA paylaşılmaz. Seçiminizi Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
• Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar yolundan reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya tamamen silebilirsiniz.
• Google'ın reklam ayarları: adssettings.google.com. AppLovin vazgeçme formu: applovin.com/optout.

İzin vermediğinizde de reklam görürsünüz; farkı, reklamların ilgi alanlarınıza göre seçilmemesidir. Reklamları tamamen kaldırmak isterseniz oyun içi mağazadan tek seferlik Reklamsız hakkını satın alabilirsiniz. Ödüllü videolar, isteğe bağlı oldukları için bu haktan sonra da kullanılabilir kalır.

Binary Cube is an ad-supported game. It shows banners, interstitials and rewarded videos that you choose to watch.

• European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: Google's UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent screen is shown on first launch. You can change your choice later from the privacy options inside the game.
• iOS: Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown. If you decline, your IDFA is not shared. You can change this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID entirely under Settings → Google → Ads.
• Google ad settings: adssettings.google.com. AppLovin opt-out: applovin.com/optout.

You will still see ads if you decline; the difference is that they are not selected based on your interests. To remove advertising altogether you can buy the one-time Ad-free entitlement from the in-game shop. Rewarded videos remain available afterwards because watching one is always your choice.

Uygulama içi satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır ve ödeme tamamen mağaza tarafından işlenir. Biz yalnızca RevenueCat aracılığıyla işlemin geçerli olup olmadığını doğrularız. Kart numaranızı, adınızı veya fatura adresinizi görmeyiz.

Reklamsız hakkı mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır; aynı hesapla giriş yaptığınız yeni bir cihazda oyun içi "Satın alımları geri yükle" işlemiyle geri alınabilir.

In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and payment is handled entirely by the store. We only validate whether a transaction is genuine, through RevenueCat. We never see your card number, your name or your billing address.

The ad-free entitlement is tied to your store account and can be recovered on a new device signed in with the same account using "Restore purchases" in the game.

Binary Cube genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir verinin toplandığını fark edersek sileriz. Çocuğunuzun verisinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsanız [email protected] adresine yazın.

Binary Cube is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we delete such data if we become aware of it. If you believe your child's data has been processed, write to [email protected].

Yukarıda adı geçen sağlayıcılar Türkiye dışında, başta Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri olmak üzere çeşitli ülkelerde sunucu işletir. Bu nedenle verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılabilir. Aktarımlar, sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme hükümleri ve kendi gizlilik taahhütleri çerçevesinde gerçekleşir.

The providers named above operate servers outside Türkiye, principally in the European Union and the United States, so your data may be transferred internationally. Such transfers take place under those providers' standard contractual clauses and their own privacy commitments.

• Cihazınızdaki veriler: siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar.
• Reklam verileri: ilgili reklam ağının kendi saklama süresince (tipik olarak birkaç ay).
• Analitik veriler: GameAnalytics'in saklama politikası uyarınca, toplulaştırılmış biçimde.
• Satın alma kayıtları: Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu kapsamındaki muhasebe yükümlülükleri nedeniyle, işlemin yapıldığı yılı takip eden 10 yıl boyunca saklanır.

• Data on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Advertising data: for the retention period of the ad network concerned (typically a few months).
• Analytics data: under GameAnalytics' retention policy, in aggregated form.
• Purchase records: kept for 10 years after the year of the transaction, because of accounting obligations under Turkish commercial and tax law.

6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme veya yok edilmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Art. 11) and the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, rectification, erasure or destruction, to object to processing, to data portability, and to claim compensation for damage suffered.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you live in the EU/UK, with your local supervisory authority.

We host no user data on our own servers, which deliberately keeps the surface that needs protecting small. Communication with providers uses encrypted connections (TLS), and access to their dashboards is limited to authorised people. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach we will notify as required by applicable law.
